With our programs and services, Delray Community Wellness Center is promoting chronic disease prevention, through a member-centered, comprehensive, community-wide approach. Our goals are to empower seniors with the tools and resources needed to live a healthy lifestyle, improving and maintaining their quality of life, with the hope that they “in turn” will empower other seniors.
